Do you offer free home measurements?
Yes. Home visits, measurements and quotes are free with no obligation. We bring carpet and flooring samples to you, measure every room, check the subfloor and send a written quote within 24 hours.
Do you remove old flooring and move furniture?
Yes. Our fitters can move furniture, uplift your old carpet or flooring and dispose of it responsibly — tell us what you need at the visit and it goes on the quote.
Can you prepare the subfloor?
Yes. We assess the subfloor on every visit and quote for any levelling, overlay or moisture protection it needs — including the moisture test we run before any LVT goes down.
Is fitting included in your prices?
Yes — every price we quote is supply and fit by our own fitters. Carpet prices also include underlay, gripper, door bars, moving standard furniture and taking away your old carpet. There are no labour charges added later.
